A mobile wood fired pizzeria for weddings, parties and functions. We roll up, fire the oven, and serve unlimited fresh Italian pizza straight from the flames.
Santo's Pizza on Wheels was born from a simple belief: the best pizza is the one pulled straight from a roaring wood fire and handed to you while it's still crackling. So we put the whole pizzeria on wheels and brought it to where the people are.
We arrive early, fire the oven, and cook on-site from the flames — no freezers, no shortcuts. The result is a blistered, smoky, proper Italian pizza that you just can't get from a box. It's food made to be shared, and a little bit of theatre for your guests while we're at it.
Today we roll up to weddings, parties, corporate events and functions right across Sydney & NSW. Whatever the occasion, we bring the oven, the dough and the buzz — you just bring the guests.
Cooked on-site
Our wood fired oven rolls up with us and fires to over 400°C. Every pizza is stretched, topped and cooked right in front of your guests — never reheated.
Authentic Italian
Traditional dough, San Marzano-style tomato, fior di latte and imported ingredients. Over 30 pizzas across entree, traditional, gourmet and dessert.
Made for gatherings
Weddings, birthdays, corporate events and backyard parties. Unlimited, all-you-can-eat service that keeps the pizzas coming until everyone's full.
